Throughout this internship I was able to learn about the whole process of UX Design by understanding the double diamond model, learning about and applying the WCAG 2.1 guidelines to our sites, creating prototypes in Figma, and participating in cross-disciplinary team interactions. I was also able to complete competitive analysis, journey maps, and audits. Finally, I was able to create personas, define problem statements, conduct user test planning, and design solutions. I am unable to show all of my work from this internship due to confidentiality but I am willing to talk about my experience.
